Our ASAP Innovations UK team had a lovely visit in February from The Henry Allen Trust to collect a donation from ASAP of our gloves and face masks
The Henry Allen Trust was set up in 2014 after Dawn & Mark’s son Henry passed away in 2013 due to cancer at the age of 4 after a 2-year battle. They pinky promised their son, Henry, that they would continue to look after families affected by children with cancer after he passed.
Team Henry have been working hard throughout the COVID-19 pandemic supporting children, teens, young adults, and their families battling childhood cancer.
Since the start of the pandemic, team Henry have supported over 80 families and 15 hospitals by providing treats and wishes, financial grants, care packs, arts and crafts, isolation packages and much more.
December was busier than ever for them and they were able to provide a selection of gifts, toys, games, arts & crafts and Christmas confectionary to families and hospitals. Throughout 2020, team Henry provided 81 treats and wishes and financial grants totalling £26, 498.63
This was gesture on behalf of ASAP Innovations UK to show the appreciation that we have for The Henry Allen Trust and all the amazing help and hope that they have given to these families and hospitals.
